We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Yay! Just place your order and we'll get it shipped out within 1-3 business days. If you need your items extra fast, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
For our European Union friends:
We've got a treat for you too! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50/€60. Simply spend a little bit more and boom, the shipping's on us.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer shipping to the United States. Sorry about that!
Returns
We want you to absolutely love everything you order from us at Araa Active. But if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, don't sweat it - you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Just make sure the items are in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
To initiate a return, simply email our friendly customer service team at sales@araaactive.com. They'll provide you with a return shipping label and all the information you need to send your items back to us. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
